Best Intercooler core manufacturer

I am currently building a front engined track car which has around 850 BHP.
The intercooler weighs around 8kg which may be OK for the road, but I would like to find out the options on having one built that is a bit lighter.

The current intercooler is 150mm deep 600 mm wide and 300 mm tall.

Who makes the best and lightest intercooler cores and where can I find a supplier that will supply?

Thanks

Hugh

150mm deep? christ on a bike, that's enormous!

An intercooler is not about 1 or 2 kg it is about effectiveness
I know people who can build a light intercooler, but they will leave out the turbiulators which means the thing will only drop the temp by 20 degrees instead of 40 deg.

Intercoolers should be judge by temperature drop vs pressure drop, nothing else.

Oh and you would be better with a larger surface (H x W) and less depth, if that is an option.

Try PWR they make some seriously good gear and supply radiators to 95% of V8 supercar teams.
