That I dont Know Peter , I do know that ESPN on Pay TV will be covering the series.

Channel 10 have showed the Indy 500 over the past years so perhaps they have the rights to the series.

Maybe you should fire off an email to them and ask the question.

7 will presumebly show the Gold Coast event, like they did last year (as it ties in with the touring car round)

WPS footed the bill for the CCWS coverage on 7 last year, presumebly the same would have to happen for the IRL races to be shown on there this year.

As marcus says though, ESPN will have all the races live on Foxtel anyway (for those with PayTV)

Didn't really want to create another thread for this, but was checking USA TV times for the Grand-Am race (delayed coverage on Speed from 18:00 ET) & Noticed that this clashed with the Indycar race - execpt when I checked on ESPN's site they are NOT Showing the Indycars live - despite what Indycar.com is saying, prog doesn't start on ESPN 2 until 00:00 ET.

Am I reading this right & does this mean that Sky Sports will still be showing it live (before the american audience gets it)?

Ch 10 are showing NASCAR on their HD channel and were mean't to show F1 and Moto live on HD (but we won't go there) so if Ch 7 are going to show the GC round then how about if they can't put it on normal 7 how about the HD channel. all i hope is it's shown on FTA as i don't have Foxtel.

ESPN in Australia is showing it live...so if you don't get it live in the States, we will get it before you here!

It's showing me that it's live at 8:00 ET. I live in the eastern timezone, which is where the race is. Maybe the time it's giving you is your local time, which makes sense as you are in the UK and are four hours ahead of the east coast of the US.

I think the race will be available in both regular and HD feeds on TSN, although you need the digital box to get HD.

Continuing the Australia point, I hear that Paul Cherry has gone to live in Australia, so if he is there he'd be a great man to anchor IRL coverage.

I should have said, Paul having been involved with the Sky coverage of IRL
