Plz help. mountainstar 12 Aug 2008, 21:17 Do a search online as there was a good article in the Subaru USA magazine a few years ago online that had some photos. macca 18 Aug 2008, 16:32 http://img108.imageshack.us/img108/8629/coloni1990uw7.jpg (my picture) Paul M John Turner 20 Aug 2008, 12:54 Better on the main forum I think! TilkeWannabe 21 Aug 2008, 04:25 Not exactly what I was expecting.....but thx. chunterer 21 Aug 2008, 10:57 Hang on, tilke i'm sure you'll get more info yet! We aim to please in History!!! ;) Mind you, as what you're after is something if an historical relevance this thread ought to be in here, but maybe it would benefit from being in the F1 forum too? KA 21 Aug 2008, 11:59 You've probably already seen tihs, but a nice shot of Carlo Chiti with the Subaru engine on here: http://www.iwoc.co.uk/subf1.html Compact little number, wasn't it....? cptkablamo 21 Aug 2008, 14:01 I do assume though, this engine was designed on a budget of about $3...otherwise why would you choose Coloni??? TilkeWannabe 22 Aug 2008, 08:55 That engine is gigantic! For size, it would easily fit in a small truck no problems. BTW, I'm on the hunt for pictures of random, deceased F1 teams eg; Coloni, Lola, AGS, Lyncar, Token Kauhsen, teams that were an absolute joke compared to the Ferraris and McLarens. |
