Nine different races, nine different winnersJoe Fan 17 Apr 2000, 01:51 So who is up to making it 10 for 10? Heeltoe6 17 Apr 2000, 03:35 Hmm...Fontana. I'll say Mayfield will keep the streak going, almost won it 98. And I'll even say 11 for 11 with Terry Labonte winning at RIR. And 12 for 12 with Stewart at the World 600. Dover thouhg, the streak I think will be broken there: the 6, 88, and 18 are always strong (especially of late with fuel mileage) Unless Kenseth could pull off a win, now that'd be a possibility, but I think he's got a better chance in the fall. indyracefan 17 Apr 2000, 04:51 >>"And I'll even say 11 for 11 with Terry Labonte winning at RIR."<< hey sounds good to me, as 'ole Iceman/Ironman is 'my guy'!! Seriously though there are a few 'candidates' that could keep the streak going. Skinner comes to mind, as well as Benson, Mayfield. And the Gibbs boys aren't going to be down for long either.....this is shaping up to be a great season so far, a refreshing change from the past several years. |
