Track Days

Apologies if this has been done before, but I am new to this board.

I am trying to get some details as to track days in the UK. I, like most other people on here (I guess) would like to have the opportunity of really driving my car to it's limits in a safe environment. I have looked into certain tracks, but the cost seems really prohibitive.

Does anybody know of any groups/organisations that run these events, are open to the public and price them sensibly?

Thanks.

Moved to the national and club racing forum where hopefully it'll get a more appropriate audience :)

We offer a service at Knockhill where you can have a go in one of our race prepared XR2's on a hot hatch day. It costs between 50-60 pounds and you get to drive on track under our supervision to help get the best from your driving.

Visit www.ns-r.co.uk for details or send me an E-Mail.

The next date is Sunday 31st March at Knockhill although we are still awaiting confirmation.

Cheers,
Nick.

You want to look at www.uktrackdays.co.uk it has by far the most comprehensive trackday listings that I have come across and is always my first port of call when I am looking for a trackday.

And if you would like some instruction on your track day then let me know.

Cheshire Blue are you in Cheshire or is it just a name?

Try either Octagon for Oulton Park or failing that there is Three Sisters at Newton le Willows, Aintree and Anglesey (near Rhosneigr).

My company, Circuit Stars, runs track days plus 1-2-1 race coaching (not just ARDS) with a current race winning historic racer and our Single Seater Experience gives you time in a road car and a single seater. It depends on what rings your bell really and whether you want fun or to build time on a track ready for some seriouly good racing!
