Does anyone know what will be racing at the April 13th /14th meeting at Silverstone?

It will be organised by the VSCC and BRDC. And how much will the tickets be?

Cheers

Tickets for VSCC weekends are seldom more than about £20.

As for what's running - the plan is for a Saturday of traditional VSCC fare - roadgoing vintage sports cars, specials, pre-war GP cars and of course the Itala Trophy.

Sunday will be BRDC 50s Sports Cars, Pre '61 GP cars, Classic Formula Ford, Thoroughbred Sports Cars and Historic Touring Cars.

Generally a great way to do away with the winter cobwebs. Will I be there? Hey, is a frog waterproof?

Oooh look - a big blank space in my diary for that weekend! :D

"traditional VSCC fare" also includes 1950s GP cars and sportscars: the Saturday Silverstone programme includes the Rothschild Trophy race for the former and a round in the BRDC series for the latter

oooh... thank you very much for pointing that one out! I had penciled myself in for the GT/F3 meeting at Donny on the Sunday but will aim to make Silverstone on at least the Saturday now :)
