Mr.S 24 Mar 2000, 06:14 Sorry Honda Woman 2k, It was stupid, what was I thinking, competitive Type R's!! kmchow 24 Mar 2000, 18:37 The Honda Type R has already been homologated as a SP car. HOWEVER, I hope the new organizers will require an entry to be SP homologated AND a FOUR door sedan. I don't want the BTCC going back to old days of mixing sedans/coupes together. That would be a real waste. KC 24 Mar 2000, 20:32 Here is a list of the competitors for the BTCC this year. There are new models which are allowed to run in Class B. Hopefully, BMP will not move to allow Integras to race next year in the top BTCC class whatever it may be. Falcadore 29 Mar 2000, 01:57 A couple of Type R's are proving very competitive in GT-P Class B (formerly Class S) here in Oz. A super touring version of that would look damn kool! kmchow 30 Mar 2000, 03:53 Lug wrote: >The Integra Type-R is available as a 4 door >sedan. A super touring version of that >would look damn kool! > sadly, I don't know of a single 4 door Type R being raced anywhere in the world. It's always the coupe. It seems Honda would rather push the Type R Accord rather than Integra Type R sedan. |
