anybody got any history of this vehicle,it would be appreciated, all I know so far is that Graham goode drove the car in 1988,then it was used by sean walker and run as a privateer in 1989.I dont know who had the car after that but i have been told that Damon hill used it in one race in 1990, From there until 1992/93/94 where it was in indonesia and one the touring car championship,I have a gap that needs filling ,1990 to 1992,any ideas also it now has the full thundersaloon bodykit and under the rear qtrs is the name Collins, anybody know anyone by that name who would have driven the the car between 1990-1992 or in indonesia from 1994 -1998.

Goode ran Mike Newman in a Listerine car in 1990 and was running a car himself.
Walker ran a Rouse car in 1990 sponsored by FAI.
Can't remember Damon every driving a touring car, certainly not in 1990. THere were two driver races back then but don't think Damon drove a TC. Wasn't he in F3000 then?
As for Collins haven't a clue. Thundersaloons finished a while ago didn't they so anybody's guess really. Could have been used in that otehr modified series with the ex BTCC cars in and Ric Woods Calibra (name of which escapes me!). TRying giving Graham Goode, he is a good bloke and might know

Wasnt Graham busy winning the Malaysian Touring Car championship at that time? I worked for them in 1987 when they built their first Cossie - absolutely beautiful cars, best preperation I have ever seen. Im sure Graham or Kay would help you out, or Alistar if he is still there.

It might have been 1988 or 89 rather than 1990- definitely a two-driver race at Donington on one of Graham Goode's RS500s. This one came up a while ago in the Touring Car part of the forum, but I can't remember the exact answer I posted to the question when it was asked then.....

The Goode/ FAI sierra from 1989 driven by Sean Walker was shared by Damon Hill for one race at Donnington,They finished fifth having run as high as second when they lost 3rd gear!
This was the first race that Damon was payed to race and was payed the princely sum of £350.00 to race.
This reflected their fathers who shared a car in the Monte Carlo Rally driving a Galaxie. Cant have been much of the road left to spare when this car came down a mountain pass!

reudi just picked up the BTCC video's from 1988/89 awesome stuff and my car is no 15 in 88 with G GOODE driving and in 1989 it is no 5 with SEAN WALKER driving but even better is the race from donington with the driver changes,as sean's driving partner for the day is DAMON HILL and he's not bad at driving either.

I found my Graham Goode racing jacket from 1987 whilst I was in the shed today - a little snug after all these years... gave it a wash as it was a bit smelly! and boy does it look old fashioned!

Its suprising what turns up ,when you worked for GGR you must have seen this car then,it was grahams car for 1988, also he went to the atcc in the early 90's with I believe this car, it still has the scrutineering stickers on the rollcage.
