I was wondering if there are any places/companies that offer to hire a car for track days, as I really want to drive a proper car at a track day in the near future. Do you know if these prices include insurance (if needed)
Cheers for any help,

Hi Tony,
There are quite a few companies who hire cars, its just a matter of choosing what you want to drive and where you want to drive it. U Drive Cars do a good range of suped up saloons including the WRX STi and EVO VII. Premier Road and Track Events have some race prep'd Caterhams and Arrowstar have some Caterhams, a Marcos Mantis and I think a couple of Elises. Topcatsracing.com also have a range of race prep'd cars.
Hope this helps

Continuing from Tony's question, does anyone know of any companies who hire track cars for open pit lanes? They all seem to be for 20 min sessions/hour.

I wouldn't necessarily waste time with cars like these - you would learn far, far more (and probably have a better time) in a more basic car such as a racing Clio or Fiesta

How much time in the car would you expect to get ? We still hire our cars out at Open Pit days but obviously there is a limit to how much time you can spend out on track before the car and you would have enough
