Plan have been announced for a 4 round F3000 mini-series in Britain in September/October 2000.
The series is to cater for the fact the FIA F3000 season finishes at Spa in August and thereafter there is nowt for the teams to do.
Entry will be limited to 10 teams, apparently there is quite a lot of interest as many of the teams are UK based anyway.
The four rounds are planned for Donington, Silverstone and BrandsHatch (I think Silverstone is the one they do twice)
