It looks like Antonio Pizzonia could be on his way to F1 with Bennetton.

Way back in his Formula Vauxhall days I always though he was mega quick.

I was involved with Leighton Walker then who gave AP a few hard races, but AP was always the benchmark that the whole field aimed at.

He is another of those drivers (like Button) that always delivers. I have no doubt his rise to F1 will unleash a chorus of (I beat Pizzonia back in ......). But with racing today there is no room for excuses, if you can't deliver on the day your chance has gone.

The key thing with Pizzonia and Button is that when ever they have jumped into a different car/category they have been on it straight away. That is the difference between them and other racers in the same series who on occassion beat them or came close to them.

I hope he does go all the way, he is a real good racer.
I just hope that he doesn't end up as another Marc Hynes, but I think his is a case of
"If the face doesn't fit...."

Yeah, I hope he gets there and does well when he does. He's been impressive to watch since he was in Formula Vauxhall.

If he can take his level of talent into F1 then I think Brazil will have found the new hero they long for! Coz he will be among the best.

He will get all the way he is the most talented driver since senna the only thing which lets people beat him is if he makes a mistake and he knows it.

The only person this year that will beat him in F3 is Tomas Scheckter (by the way we beat him in 98 with mr scheckter at silverstone). Tomas also knows he is naturally faster but Tomas is determined to keep up with him and eventually be faster than him.

Basically if Antonio gets too complacent then Tomas will get better than him but if he keeps putting his maximum effort into his driving then he will definately be the best driver ever. I hope they are both world champions.
