I've sent that to all my mates.......        Sim_Da_BTCC_Man 18 Jul 2003, 20:57  I know sum1 who went bizerk marcus 19 Jul 2003, 10:07 LOL , apparently I was seen driving 11.3 MPH over the limit in Birmingham , England. I know I drove almost 250 miles in a round trip today , but surely Birmingham isnt that close to Australia ???? peteconnors 22 Jul 2003, 15:50 Apparently I was caught doing some speeding in Coventry on July 17th 2003. Quite impressive, seeing that my car has been off the road since the 8th... Also, try typing your number plate in different ways, i.e a111aaa, a111 aaa, A111 aaa, a111 aAa etc...+ peteconnors 22 Jul 2003, 16:02 Incidently, I was recently clocked in Telford. (First ever time in this country!) It was the first time I had been down the road, it was 8pm, quiet, I could not see any road signs, but looking at the surroundings I presumed it was a 40mph zone. WRONG! Went round a corner and FLASH! Turns out there was a school nearby, so during the day it is quite busy. Isn't it time speeds were adjusted at night when it's quieter? And now the good news... When the letter arrived I was relieved to find that although I was doing 36mph (not bad as thought I was in a 40), the time that would normally be in the corner of the picture had malfunctioned, rendering the photo inadmissable as evidence! How jammy was that! And finally: I read recently about a speeder who was quite clued up on the law. Turns out that in England, if you receive the fine to be signed and returned, there is currently no law that says you have to sign it. The best part is, with the fine unsigned it cannot be used in court. Not sure about the details, but basically if the letter ain't signed, you should be able to get through it. Easier to just stick to the speed limit though; you'll only get stuck behind a caravan at some point anyway! And there is a good possibility that it will belong to blackx and myself given where you live!!!!       |
