We had our first trackday at Binbrook on saturday, just like to say a big thank you to all at Javelin, to WRC Colin and to the Sheffield Escort Lads, for your help in making it a great day. Only regret not starting it sooner! eat trackday, sleep trackday, drink BUDWEISER!! ;)
Great! Welcome to TenTenths. :)
Could you tell us about your experience of it? Anything you would have liked to have done?

what sections do they use and is it broken-up??
remember rallying there and it was more like a "forest" stage than a tarmac rally..........!!

the track is made up of parts of the old airfield and its peri-track, there were some parts that were a bit rough but on the whole it was in pretty good condition, a mixture of tarmac and concrete, big difference in grip, especially early on as it was quite wet, (we had a spinner on the sighting lap!!) Javelin are trying to strike a deal with the land owner to develop the track, add more tarmac, and increase the amount of trackdays there. It was well organised, very few flags and a good bunch of guys, recommended. only regret that WRC colin broke his WRC focus before we got a go in it, still theres always next time! see oct issue fast fords cover car.
