This time last year was a sad, sad time. I hadn't been online for quite a while and remember seeing the article on Autosport.com. I didn't even know he was ill so as you can imagine it came as quite a shock! :(
One year already?! :(
Such a sad, sad loss, and a real shock. RIP Will.

SPARK - You beat me to it - I was going to put this on on the anniversary - the 19th.
I was watching an old touring car review recently and it reaffirmed what a great loss he is.
He must have been one of the nicest gentleman in racing and I certainly miss him a lot.
As you said thoughts very much with his family over Christmas.
You won't be forgotten for a long time Will!

Looking at that image I included at the start of the post made me think...what was Will Hoy's job at Honda Racing in 2002?

Can't understand this but even now I get a lump in the throat thinking of him.
He was such a great bloke.

I never met Will, but by all accoutns it would've been a priveledge. No one ever had a bad word to say about him, he was a gifted committed driver, a witty and well-informed speaker and commentator, and a much-loved husband and father. Life can be unbearably cruel sometimes.
