for something completely different!

No this is not about F1
No this is not about autosport
No this is not about motorsport

This is about ... I haven't figured that out actually ;)

Anyway this site is really something very special.
It offers an experience really unique on the web.

It's not mine - I wish I could build sites that good ;) - and I am not related to anything related to any relation even remotely close to the builders, so this is absolutely not a commercial posting - well you know me a littlebit by now ;)

But it's surely worth exploring - don't think it's about clicking, an intro, a menu and some products or anything - no far from that. Make sure you have a spare half hour or more and you'd probably go to places I haven't even seen there yet. It's an incredible performance.

The site seems to be dedicated to a movie, but don't hold me for it. ;)
Have fun and share your opinion with us here.

Let's cut it - please enter Requiem for a Dream (http://www.requiemforadream.com)

What is it all about???
I've just spent a good half hour screwing my head to try and figure out what's going on.
Very well put together though.

The Requiem for a Dream site is based on the movie with the same name. It's a project by Artisan Entertainment from Santa Monica, California.
The movie is based upon the novel Requiem for a Dream by Hubert Selby.
Actors, appearing in the movie are Ellen Bursteyn, Louise Lasser and Marlon Wayans.
Director is Darren Aronofsky.
It's an anti-drugs and anti-addiction story.

It is indeed a unique experience to explore the site.
Well, actually, you are not exploring the site, since you almost don't have any control over your browser.
The problem most people are facing is that they don't have the patience to sit there for half an hour and just watch.
I've been visiting the site since October and have been back several times to discover new things with every visit.

Thanks for the information, Gerard.
It's really really cool. Different storylines, backed up by some amazing well chosen music and I simply love those desintegrating fake commercial sites!
