I just got back from Phillip Island where I had the most magic weekend. My first time at Phillip Island driving the race car and my first time with the 13B Bridgeport ever. And in under 10 laps I had done a sub 2 minute run. and by 13 laps I had done a 1min 57 sec run. Just 5 secs off the regular drivers times and 7 secs off his PB. And the best part was I wasn't even pushing it at all. Now since I have come back to Melbourne I have been approached by a few people and am being given advice by people everywhere to try and make something of it. I only did the 13 laps on the Sunday as it was only a Super Sprint weekend. But I came 6th out of all the closed racing cars. The regular driver came 3rd. I missed out on 5th by .4 of a sec. But I guess that happens. Anyway I had fun and now it is time to prepare for the race of a 1000 years at Adelaide on New Years Eve. should be a fun filled day.
