Does anyone have information on how Buddy Rice's test went?
An American driving for the best F3000 team? Someday F1?
A Yank can dream.

Unfortunately Rice did not run as well as the others he was competing against for the seat. I have high hopes for him. His time was less than 2 seconds off of the leaders pace, but it is a lot of positions when one considers that just under 4 seconds covers an entire 33 car field. Sponsorship may also be an issue as who ever can supply the most money can probably take a seat. Who knows? Dan Friel 16 Dec 2000, 12:56 It's an amazing list.. so many good drivers. Go Darren Manning!! Also, noticed Bruce Jouanny - as in FPA class b driver from last year, got a run.. Not too impressive from Warren Hughes though.. |
