Ensure you're followed rule 1 and read the FAQ! (http://www.ten-tenths.com/forum/faq.php?) - remember that the FAQ is searchable, so if you're short on time, a search for "password" or "calendar" will find the entries relevant to you.
Read the other threads or search this forum to see if it's already been covered - again, the search feature can help here!
Post as much detail as you can, something like "My Control Panel isn't working" doesn't really help as there's a lot of things inside it.
Give us some time to check into the problem, don't post something and then complain if you don't get a reply within 5 minutes.
No "Bumping" threads.
Remember the site is run by volunteers. We'll generally try to answer your question as quickly as we can, but sometimes you might be waiting a little while for a response.
