I was thinking that I'd like to have a T-shirt with the Logo on it (so as to render myself visible to other members at the track), but I want to know if you are copyrighted and if you would be opposed to this idea. If so, do you have shirts that you sell?

All of my best friends are Lawyers. Is that sad or what?
Friends? or just people you know! LOL!!
Just kidding.
Does a URL license gain the owner an international copyright? Or is it only to keep URL's from being duplicated online.
Thats what I wonder. I know in US copyright is what you say it is - if it's your property and you put that little c in the circle on it, it's yourn. But I don't know how that works in other countries....and I would rather not pirate logos if I can get them legal like.

I am currently looking into having certain items made with the 10 Tenths moniker on them - T-Shirts and bumper stickers are on the list. These will be for sale through the site if the deal comes off.
However, I fail to see how I can stop you promoting the site on your travels by making your own! http://www.Ten-Tenths.com/ubb/wink.gif As long as you include the URL of the site, i'd be delighted if you wanted to use our logo. (as long as you send me one too http://www.Ten-Tenths.com/ubb/smile.gif)
Thanks Craig - let me know where to send it! I think it'll make une tres beau t-shirt. And I will buy one when you start marketing them as well. Promise!
Hats.....B.Ball caps, Craig. or a patch http://www.Ten-Tenths.com/ubb/wink.gif
I only wear B.Ball caps when I'm driving my car to stop my hair blowing around my face http://www.Ten-Tenths.com/ubb/smile.gif
