Procedural question

Perhaps someone can answer a question for me.

Without getting into un-necessary details, I was recently assessed two penalty points. In the notification, I was told if I had questions or wished to appeal that I was welcome to do so.

I have sent two queries since my initial notification on 23 July. So far I have not received any type of response other than the system generated one that lets you know the pm has been read.

I do not want to keep badgering the person(s) but I really would like to discuss the issue further (and not on the Boards!). Is there a timeframe in which the process moves or is it simply subject to time/work schedules/etc.?

If someone could help me out I would appreciate it - a pm would be fine - this was the only other way I could think of to ask this question.

As you're aware, we all do this in our spare time and don't always have the opportunity to deal with things in as timely a manner as we might like.
