Below is a listing from an online sporstbook, giving the odds to win the race.

You've got $100 to play with. Spread it out as you wish.

Bet any driver to WIN, PLACE or SHOW.

I'll use the favourite, Bourdais, as an example.

Payout for a $1.00 WIN bet is $2.60.
And so, you'd actually "win" $1.60 on your $1 bet.

A PLACE bet (top-2) would pay 1/2 of that, or $0.80.
Therefore, the payout would be $1.80.

A SHOW bet (podium) would pay 1/3, or $0.54.
(Rounded up to nearest penny)
And the payout would be $1.54.

The booking closes at the start of Rookie Practice, which is 3pm ET on Friday.

After the race, I'll tally up everybody's winnings (losses) and announce the 10T's "Gambler of the Year". The proud champion wins, well, I guess not much more than "bragging rights". Don't know what else to give ya!
