Interesting changes to the calendar. Most notably is the lack of a New South Welsh (or Bathurst-based) event. The upsize of the RoC to a Super Series round compensates for this i suppose, but one wonders if these changes to seven rounds have been made to reduce costs. I bet that there wont be any factory entries at Rally Australia in 06...

On a happier note, its good to see ARCom moving to introduce some cost cutting measures for privateers and the series as a whole (unlike their touring car/cab counterparts).
