What do you race Hobson?

I race a Tamiya F1, Associated TC3 Touring Car, Tamiya FWD touring car (Tamiya events only), and a soon a 6 cell stock funny car.

I mostly race locally, but I have done the 2000/01 Shumacher Winter Series for the first time. I might do the TORC championship this year though.
Where do you race?

There are several tracks around Tulsa, OK. We setup a temporary road course in the parking lot of the Hobby Shop and another shop has an indoor carpet track we race on in the winter time. If and when our weather will finally stabilize we'll take to the track this weekend.

I'm in England, in Newark-on-Trent. (See a map, near Nottingham in the middle).
I race at Newark Radio Control Model Car club, Worksop Model Car club and various national tracks (For anybody in the UK, Worksop, Broxstowe, Bedworth, Ashby and Stafford)
I will do the HPI Rally Championship this year, I got an entry form in the post this morning.

Good luck at the HPI Challenge. Its good to see the manufacturers putting back into the hobby by holding events.

Have you run any of the Tamiya events? I was lucky enough to place third in the Tamiya Nationals in California in the Mini class back in '98.

Yes, I used my Le Mans Toyota, and MO-3 in the England championship of the Tamiya Eurocup. It is the qualifiers for the Tamiya World Cup. In the Eurocup, I finished (th in the overall series.

Actually, I don't think so. Tamiya have changed the UK distributor and changed some of the classes.
Get this:
Mini's will run in the Stock touring class.
Rally class will allow TAO-3 cars with TB0-1.

Last year I was also in the Mini class (BTW I was meant to type 9th in my last post) and with these new classes, I don't think the MO-3 will stand a chance against the TLO-1 cars.
