Italian GT series

apparently in Italy there will be a new GT Championship called the "GT Millennium Cup"
There will be eight 1 hour endurance races with the following calendar:
9 April: Vallelunga
14 May: Misano
27 May: Monza
4 June: Vallelunga
16 July: Misano
30 July: Fiume (Slovenia)
17 September: Varano
15 October: Magione

The Championship is open to 5 classes of car:
*Gt1: for -"Fia Gt2" Cars; -"Aco-Le Mans Gt2 2000" Cars; -Older Gt Cars over 4000cc.
*Gt2: for -"Fia Gtn" Cars; -Older Gt Cars between 3601cc and 4000cc. Gt3: for -Newer Gt cars between 3001cc and 3600cc.
*Gt4: for -Older Gt cars between 3001cc and 3600cc.
*Gt5: for -Ferrari 355 Challenge; -Ferrari 360 Modena Challenge; -Lamborghini Supersport Trophy.

Every car may have two pilots in each race but most of pilots are expected to choose to race alone.

The Promoters expect to have cars such as:

Porsche 911 3.3 Biturbo
Porsche 911 Turbo S
Lamborghini Diablo
TVR Tuscan
Callaway Corvette

Gt2
Porsche 911 Gt3

Porsche 911 Supercup (993)
Maserati Ghibli
Ferrari 355 Gt
Mazda Rx-7
Nissan 300 ZX

Gt4
Porsche 911 3.0
Porsche 911 Carrera Cup (964)
Porsche 911 Carrera Rs (964)
Porsche 944 Turbo
Ferrari 348 Challenge
Alfa Romeo 3.0 Sz

There are apparently 20 drivers interested in participating in the series already.
