So clearly the most was expected of Neal, and - seemingly quite rightly, the second most was for Thompson.
I think Chilton did well to earn just as much asteem as Giovanardi for this round, am expecting that to have tilted in Tom's favour next time out of course.

Is Giovanardi expected to do so well though?
He's very good for sure, but the BTCC can see the best of them stumble.
I've got to agree with Knowlesy there, I do like Giovanardi and want him to do well although I wasn't the biggest fan of some of his driving today which I didn't expect as he's a very big name. I want him to be a title contender especially as Thompson won't be. Also if he wins the title this year it may inspire other big foriegn names to drive in the series.

And with Collard provisionally disqualified, the results are a little bit closer at the top - as paddockman gains on rdjones a bit
