It probably doesn't come as a great surprise, given the noise issues surrounding Monza. It would be nice if the rumoured Spa-Francorchamps race was to happen as I feel it would make a rather good replacement.

I'd missed those rumours, had heard it for sportscars but it does make sense....Spa as a replacement could be good.

I can't believe this issue is still dragging on. It's ruining a lot of things for a lot of people, thanks to some miserable folk who chose to live outside a race track.

Emmo is pushing for Spa - he's never raced there.

Yeah, I read that this morning...it's an astonishing fact really, a driver like him having not been to Spa.

No wonder he's pushing for it!

That is about the only thing I have over Emmo!

The TGP round originally scheduled for the same meeting was moved to Misano some weeks ago.Maybe GPM could go there?

A bit of a shame about Monza but not entirely unexpected, Spa would be a great choice. IMO.

Sorry, but the TGP round was never scheduled for the GPM Meeting at Monza!
TGP was scheduled for the "Coppa Intereuropa" Historic Event, normally on this weekend! These are two different events!

To topic: I think Spa (as the replacement for Monza) is almost surely!

I'd love to see the scum who CHOSE to live by a historic racetrack and then complain about noise taxed by the local government to make up for the revenue their pathetic actions are causing the region to lose...

Hope to see GPM at Spa instead too, I hope these ongoing problems won't mean the death of Monza.

We know that'll never happen, and this happens everywhere, all the time or seemingly so. Been discussed so much already.

Thats the word I was looking for to describe such people. Much like those C U Next Tuesdays at Qinetic who decided to kick all the clubbie Motorsport off their (previously our) property because they wanted to sell them off, using the excuse "Motor Racings too dangerous" and then sponsoring Williams...
