Well, as six races is now gone I took a look of those riders who have finished every race of the season until now. I found ten in MotoGP, five in 250cc and eight in 125cc.

Then looked into statistics that how long they rode without retirement at the end of last year.

numbers: race finishes in a row
125:
Bautista 13
Koyama 12
Talmacsi 11
Faubel 7
Simon 7
Braillard 7
Gadea 6
Corsi 6 (moved from 250 back to 125 during off-season, but failed to finish last year's race in Valencia)

250:
Guintoli 17
Dovizioso 10 (going back he has finished 26/27 and 37/39)
Locatelli 9
Takahashi 7
Poggiali 6 (same as Corsi, except that Poggiali moved from 125 to 250)

MotoGP:
Edwards 27 (his MotoGP career total is 52/55)
Elias 16 (actually, he has finished all his MotoGP starts, but he missed three races last year. His previous retirement is from Britain 2004)
Hayden 14
Checa 13
Melandri 11
Pedrosa 10 (35/36, counting 250s as well)
Nakano 10
Tamada 9
Capirossi 7
Ellison 6
