Sorry for the "noobish" question, but I've never atteneded a major motor race before.

What does a general admission ticket give you? I know you don't get a seat in the grandstand or anything, so are you free to walk about the place and watch the race from just anywhere you can get accsess to?

Any help and suggestions appriciated!

Yep thats what you get! You can walk just about anywhere you like and watch from any of the general areas, please note that the terracing at copse and around the luffield-woodcote complex is bronze+ admission not just the bronze general admission. Bronze/general admission will not give you centre access (thats reserved for paddock club and hospitality) until after racing has finished on the sunday, access is then allowed for the party. Friday you can sit in the grandstands I think.

Just what it says on the tin, then!

I don't suppose you know exactly what areas one could accsess with that ticket? I'm planning on getting one as soon as they come out ;)

Erm...copse exit to stowe, stowe exit to club corner, the straight up to farm/abbey, I think thats most of it, nothing round the complex itself as that is all bronze + or above.

In my experience, if you are going to a GP then it will cost you...but the best "general admission ticket" is Club Corner.....but get up early-or don't go to bed!!!
