Lambo question

I saw a fine vehicle this morning - a silver RHD Lamborghini but I don't know what sort - 1983 Y reg, a Silhoutte or Jalpa - looks like an X1/9 crossed with an Esprit and an M1 - sort of. Body-coloured bumpers. Definitely not a Uracco (on which this one is surely based). Anyone know?

I always thought the Jalpa looked a lot like the M1 so perhaps it was a Jalpa.

That's it - however, the wiki piece says body-coloured bumpers and plastic bits and round back lights, and the thing I saw had square lights... I suppose I could have been looking at a mixture!

I grew up in a small country town in Australia and a local chemist had a Jalpa. It was the only exotic thing I had ever seen in the flesh, I thought it was sex personified.
