Ive been to both testing and for business. At Valencia we just stayed in Valencia at one of the two Holiday Inn's very nice but a bit expensive. The city is gorgeous and there are a lot of decent restaurants.
At Jerez we were only there for the day and had stayed in Cadiz on our way from Malaga.
I think they do have websites, I'll do a search for them. Just remember that Jerez is pronounced Hereth and Valencia is Balenthia. Really you need to get a book and learn to pronounce things in Spanish in order to be able to comunicate. The local areas of those tracks are not tourist places so they dont speak any English and dont understand you if you dont pronounce Spanish properly.
