Are there new testing regulations for 2006 that would hurt them if they competed in 2005? If not, the 2005 rules do not apply to them as they planned to compete in only two races in 2005.

IMSA Code 2nd Edition, June 7, 2005

4.7 These limits apply to any ALMS full season entrant or any team registered to compete in the ALMS at three or more events during the season. IMSA may impose limits on the participation of any team that has exceeded these testing limits at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, limiting eligibility for championship points."
