About right,
A few teams kicked off using the last of the DFV powered F1 chassis but either packed it in or bought pukka 3000 chassis after about a third of the season.
Barron ran Moreno and Langes in Tyrrell 012's for a while.
Peter McIntosh ran one or two Williams FWO8C's for Thierry Tassin (and somebody else?) but they were poor and Tassin cleared off to drive a March for EJR i think...
There may have been another team running Tyrrell and another running Williams' as well?
As for the Arrows and RAM, I can't remember if they actually got a race - Ruper Keegan and Kenny Acheson were slated to drive one of them i think?
Bernard 'The Driver' raced one of those ex F1 chassis i'm sure.
