That's all a matter of terminology... if GT3 means to you "FIA-spec GT3" then you'd be wrong. FIA GT3 started out as just that with the Cup-Porsche as its benchmark, but it has evolved very far away from that during the last few years and is much closer to GTE/2 nowadays than to what it was 5 or 6 years ago.
