Good point about the licences, Chunder. I was thinking about the homologation, and would expect that Andy Grant and Steve Mundy would be ok to enter. As would Mad Mark and someone in Tracey's Xsara.
Though as this is also a British Round (for the SuperCars), does that get around the licences problem? "I'm not competing in the ERC, I am competing in the BRC".
