I guess it is down to the concerned drivers to go to report to the Stewards bad behaviour .... If there is any....
Honestly i do not remember any driver dominating Euro F3 in his rookie year like Ocon Does at the moment.
Nobster you like it or not but i guess Max Verstappen will need an other year in F3 to confirm his pace.
