According to the Black Book (Record of Grand Prix and Voiturette Racing, Volume 13) 90D-025 did not appear at a European F3000 race in 1990 or 1991.

The highest chassis number they list is 90D-033, so it was a popular car.

It could be that it raced in the All-Japan Championship for which they don't have chassis numbers but there seems to only have been 5 90Ds in that series which might help narrow things down.
Those 5 were:
Ross Cheever
Koji Sato (PIAA Racing)
Thomas Danielsson
Takuya Kurosawa
Johnny Herbert (Team LeMans).
