The ASN nominates the driver but the driver is the one paying the bill. As so, I would guess no other Brit wanted to spend money to take part in this FIA Motorsport Games party. And Butcher got his ticket.
It is not a question of money, fame or prestige; it is a question of what intrinsically you want to do. But Shedden, Huff, Morgan, Lloyd... they all get paid or race for free somewhere else.
