You misunderstood me. It cost NASCAR over $1MM to build this track (annually, since they had to entire remove it after 2022, then build it again, likely at some savings). If they took half that cost and provided it to local tracks in markets NASCAR wants to be at, it would benefit the market for years in the future (note - local track pays nothing). Just an idea...
