Not sure that the meeting is still on, but if it is then expect a day of allcomers Saloon/GT races, run as scratch races, handicaps or team handicaps.
The 8 Clubs is what it sounds like - an association of eight motor clubs from Southern England. It's a day out for the clubman, there's a huge variety of cars although the sheer range might mean close racing is at something of a premium.
