spectator22 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Good and only decision: 1. Toyota engine is no better than Cosworth (shame theyre going to be out), so nothing new at Williams. 2. Current RBR isnt a 'Newey' car (its the old Jag, tweaked a bit), plus its a compromise anyway (Ferrari cooling requirements are apparently excessive and affect aero badly). Newey car, Renault engine, 'control' tyres: It could just be the inspired choice of the year.
