Webber's undoubtedly made the right move. Williams look likely to move sideways, whereas Red Bull will have a full Newey car and probably an improved engine. Their strong late-season performances mean nothing if they will not build on it at the start of next season - look how far backwards they went from late 2004 to early 2005.
