Gary Cossor (correct spelling) did not run an elfin at adelaide, was running the Bowin P6F (ex butterworth car) will check the details with Gary but I vaguely remember a brake disc failure at Adelaide. Will find out details on other events.
I would be interested in seeing the information compiled so far.
