As has been speculated, it looks like the Austin F1 race date may get pushed back to November. I see the pros and cons as follows:
Pro - More time to complete construction
- Probably better weather
- Keep Bernie happy
Con
- Americans don't care about F1 and will care even less during the height of the football season
- June seems like a better month than November for F1 fans to travel

Ecclestone's plans for the calendar remain provisional, but if teams do not complain about any major logistical dramas then it could be submitted to the FIA's World Motor Sport Council for ratification later this year.
