Aside from the dearly departed Lamborghini Jota (my dreams include time travel) or just-as-gorgeous Miura, and the obligatory TVR Grantura Mk3a or Vixen Series 4, I would have to say either a road-legal Mini flatbed with a DFV in the back, or a Lancia Delta S4 (again road-legal is poss).
