The Irish car has been slow down the straights in every race this year. Even in the wet, compared to the other cars.
Instead of changing the drivers why dont they have a go at changing chief engineer. He is just as respnsible for the lack of pace as any driver. Time to give him the big heave-ho and try someone new.
