Well anything is possible I guess, but I don't think it going to happen as part of this deal.
There is "Fiat Group", that is a holding company that owns, or at least has a controlling share in a numbers of companies, including "Fiat Auto" (which builds Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo cars), "Magneti Marelli" (automotive electronics), "Ferrari" (Ferrari and Maserati) and several others including a truck division whose name I can't remember.
The one that GM might buy is "Fiat Auto", so Ferrari would appear to be safe from the clutcles of GM. As for the future of the Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo marques, it's anyones guess what could happen to them.
As for the percentages, I thought GM only owned 20% of Fiat?
