I doubt it.
Chris Murphy designed the Leyton House / March CG 911 but left March in mid-1991 handing over to Gustav Brunner so it is unlikely that he had a hand in the design of the CG 921. But he did design the Lotus 107 (Source: David Hodges' A-Z of Grand Prix Cars). So, a family resemblance possibly but not the same design.
