March 'Car of the Month' - My 1990 Rover Metro GTi 16v spi

Hi everyone,

The Metro Owner's Club has featured my 1990 Rover Metro GTi 16v spi as their March 'Car of the Month' and you can read about it just below:

There is a cool foto of my driving MSA Clerk of the Course Dave Brice (The Fat Clerk) around Snetterton at a 750MC meeting in September 2002. "He was hanging on for dear life" ...

Also there is a full detailed history of her with more fotos and other cars (including my 1997 Mazda MX-6) that I have owned down the years.

This coming Sunday many Metro Owners Club members will be attending our first event of the season at Brooklands, Weybridge,Surrey. The weather forecast looks good as well. Hope that some of you can come down as the day covers all sorts of classic Austin & Morris cars.

Another treat is some WW2 Bomber Command veterans arriving and signing memorabilia in the Clubhouse from 11am-1pm and 2.30-4pm.

And last but not least there is the Concorde Experience to enjoy, so make a day of it.
