It's bad enough to have Mr Cochrane bleating long and loud about how Governments should be tipping in money towards these street races.
Now we have a steady stream of entrepreneurs (who is this Michael Rasheed bloke anyway?) doing the same thing...
From memory there is a band of investors in Townsville trying the same deal.
Not to mention Sydney
Or Hamilton.
Or even Cronulla a few years ago.
Seems to be Cochrane's latest modus operandi. Get some overfinanced, underinformed businessman to do the bidding for you so you don't appear in the press constantly baying for taxpayers money...
