Leclerc is managed by Todt, but comes from Monaco and if he's really connected with the supermarkets as you suggest... yeah, F1 is matter of time.
I think it's a bit more unfair now with all this uber high tech preparation than a decade ago, because it costs 100s thousands on top of all the extra testing and racing such rich kids can afford.
